Tis The Season of Yummieness

Hiya everyone. Katie here,
At the moment I would highly enjoy some candy or something of that sort. I think my motive for this blog will be I get a peice or so at the end. Well, the day before thanks giving we will be volounteering at the Immaculate Conception School cafeteria to set up for their annual Thanksgiving day meal, for people who can't afford to buy one. Still holding strong with that candy motive. Anyway, we will help set the table and peel potatoes etc. It's a great cause that I along with the rest of my family are very excited to participate in. Candy stats...I'm really leaning twords a Hersheys right now. Back to Thanksgiving, you can also donate Thanksgiving day meals at local food pantries. So remember when your saying grace on thanks giving, remember to pray for those less fortunate who may not be able to afford a fancy meal like you.

Later Earthlings... I will now approach the candy bag.

P.S. By the way speaking of candy today Bread and I donated much of our candy to soldiers, I know i would still have my candy from last year if my mom had not thrown it away. So do something better then throwing it away, and find a location near you so you can send some of your haloween candy to our soldeirs, especially at this time of year, the spirit of Veterans Day!!!!

  1. I would love to donate my (kids') candy to soldiers. Do you know where we can find a place near our house? (Also, how do they prevent it from melting!? )
